About the role

As Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic, working closely with GPs, nurses, administrative staff, and health service partners. You'll foster a positive workplace culture, streamline workflows, and support the clinic's ongoing development and integration within the broader health system.

What You'll Do

• Lead humbly - nurture a culture of respect, teamwork, and professional growth

• Partner for impact - collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the health service

• Drive improvement - champion quality improvement initiatives and help evolve systems and processes

• Deliver operational excellence - oversee clinic flow, scheduling, billing, compliance, and admin systems

• Support high-quality care - ensure clinicians and staff have the tools and environment they need to thrive

• Use data for good - track performance, implement improvements, and report on KPIs

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• A collaborative leader who builds strong relationships across all levels

• Experienced in managing operations in general practice, community health or a similar setting

• Knowledgeable in Medicare billing, RACGP standards, and primary care workflows

• Strong in communication, change management, and team development

• Tech-savvy and systems-minded, with a passion for making things work better

• Qualifications in health administration, business, or a related field are desirable

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice).
