THE ROLE
The Senior Learning Consultant will work as part of a team to design, deliver, review and refine the suite of learning programs provided to the child protection workforce.
The role will also consult and negotiate with a range of stakeholders to ensure the content and suite of the learning programs meet the business requirements.
The role will also contribute to projects across the work team and provide backup support to other team members with their learning programs.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

Provide expert advice and evidence-based recommendations on learning and development opportunities that align with the needs of the department and which result in beneficial and measurable outcomes.
Prepare and present quality reports, submissions, briefings and correspondence.
Manage external procurement and contracts and oversee maintenance of service standards in the delivery of learning and development programs.
