The Role We're looking for an exceptional Head of Finance to join our leadership team and take ownership of Red Health's financial strategy, governance, and growth enablement.
This is a rare opportunity - the first time in 8.5 years this role has been available.
You'll inherit a solid, well-functioning finance foundation with a capable team and strong systems already in place.
This isn't a rescue mission - it's about building on what's working and taking it to the next level.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be trusted to lead with confidence and shape the future of finance at Red Health.

What You'll Be Doing Leading the development and execution of Red Health's financial strategy Providing insights and recommendations to guide organisational growth and investment Overseeing all financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities Managing and mentoring a small (but growing), high-performing finance team Partnering with the CEO and leadership team to deliver against key organisational priorities Supporting systems improvements, data and reporting optimisation, and risk management initiatives What You Bring CPA-qualified (or equivalent), with 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role Strong commercial and strategic acumen with a passion for operational excellence A track record of leading teams, coaching talent, and building scalable finance functions Ability to engage, influence, and build trust with internal and external stakeholders through clear and confident communication A curious mindset, high integrity, and a genuine interest in contributing to something meaningful Why Join Us?
