What's the Role? As a legendary and purposeful People Partner, you'll connect our amazing field teams with our People & Culture goals, working directly with the Regional General Manager (RGM) and Area Managers (AMs).
Your mission? To help our Nandocas (that's what we call our staff) thrive in a people-first environment.What You'll Be Doing: Build the Dream Team: Bench planning, talent reviews, identifying and nurturing top future leaders and supporting development initiatives to get them role ready.
Create Culture Vibes: Help others become their best selves, support engagement events and ways in which to inspire our team to live and breathe our Nando's values.
Drive Performance: Create a winning partnership model with our field leadership team.
Look for ways to coach and lead with confidence, work collaboratively to meet and exceed goals, increase engagement.
Ignite Recruitment: Lead regional hiring efforts, from group recruitment events to finding the next regional superstar.
Solve with Heart: Provide guidance on workplace policies, employee relations, and performance management.
