Your key responsibilities include: Driving cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent out-of-stock SKUs.
Using data and reports to support operational decisions and reduce shrinkage.
Monitoring and investigating negative stock levels and collaborating with the store team.
Implementing continuous improvement initiatives through coaching and partnership with management, supply chain, and planning teams.
Managing stock distribution and organization, making confident stock decisions as needed.
Training the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
Processing stock arrivals, managing returns, and liaising with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values operational efficiency.
Reporting Line: Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and District Inventory Operations Lead We want to hear from you if: You are willing to work a 38-hour rotating roster.
You have retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, people management, profit & loss management, and sales forecasting.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Share Point, and SAP (desirable).
You are physically fit to lift and shift boxes up to 15kg.
You have a results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
You are passionate about excellent client service and maintaining a store that reflects the Sephora brand.
