Treatment Room Team Leader | Royal Park | Full Time
Join our team as a Treatment Room Team Leader at For Health Group in Royal Park.
This role offers an exciting opportunity during a period of transformation in our busy medical practice that provides a wide array of onsite services to the community.
About The Role
In this position, you will perform clinical duties including health assessments and immunisations, assist the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment, and staff performance management.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the provision of services within the treatment room, supporting Healthcare Professionals
Perform clinical duties such as pathology collection, vaccinations, ECG monitoring, wound dressings, linen changes, and equipment sterilisation
Build relationships with patients to ensure comfort prior to procedures
Assist with patient triage and procedures
Support the Practice Manager with staff rostering, recruitment, and performance management
Liaise with staff to ensure SOPs are followed

About You

Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice or Acute care; leadership experience is preferred but not essential
Passionate about healthcare and community wellbeing
Capable of working independently and making decisions
Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients and team members
Unrestricted Australian work rights and vaccination documentation are required.
