Position You will lead, manage and mentor a high-performing finance team of 8 direct reports.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for the financial integrity and statutory compliance across Australia and New Zealand.
The role encompasses statutory reporting, audit coordination, external reporting to shareholders, SOX compliance, budget preparation and the ongoing development of financial systems and processes.
You will play a key role in driving transformation and operational excellence, while ensuring robust financial governance and supporting business strategy through high-quality reporting and analysis.
Profile CA/CPA experienced finance leader who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You will have proven experience leading finance teams, including coaching and performance management, which is key.
Strong technical expertise in financial and management accounting, statutory reporting (IFRS & US GAAP), and tax compliance is required.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SAP/ Dynamics are ideal.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will be key to your success.
You will bring a strategic mindset, a strong understanding of compliance and statutory reporting and a track record of leading high-performing teams through change and transformation.
