We are currently recruiting for a Stock Runner & Sales Assistant to join a well-established retail team based at Melbourne Airport.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly, and is comfortable supporting both stockroom and sales functions.About the Role:This is a dual-function position that plays a key role in both back-of-house and front-of-house operations.
You will be responsible for managing stock deliveries, maintaining an organised and safe stockroom, replenishing the sales floor, and supporting the sales team with product availability.Key Responsibilities:Receive, check, and process incoming shipmentsAccurately enter stock data into the inventory systemReplenish floor stock regularly to ensure availabilityAssist with store inventory counts and stocktakesRetrieve items from the stockroom upon customer or team requestMaintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the stockroomSupport customer service when required on the shop floorHandle defective stock and returns proceduresWhat We're Looking For:Strong attention to detail and accuracyPhysically fit and able to lift/move stock as requiredClear and professional communication skillsA team player with a proactive and organised approachPrevious experience in retail stock or sales roles is highly regardedComfortable working in a structured environment with set processesPosition Details:30 hours per weekMonday to Friday rosterNo night shiftsBased on-site at Melbourne AirportIf you are reliable, organised, and ready to contribute to a high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you.To apply online, please click on the apply button.Alternatively, for a confidential discussion, please contact Sophie Mieglitz on 0413 030 785 quoting the reference number above, or check out our website for other available positions.
