As a Principal Developer (S / 4 HANA), you will lead and mentor senior developers in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining system enhancements and modifications for Queensland Health's Enterprise Corporate Applications.
You will analyze business requirements and system specifications, providing specialized expertise to ensure alignment with business needs.
Additionally, you will maintain a quality-based procedural framework for system development and maintenance.
Key competencies / suitability (role-specific criteria and personal qualities): Demonstrated extensive experience in business application development technologies, particularly in application development trends related to team responsibilities in a complex IT environment.
Experience in major project management activities, with thorough knowledge of methodologies, principles, and practices.
High-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to consult and negotiate with diverse stakeholders on complex requirements and transfer knowledge to team members and clients.
