The role involves designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, including core modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.Skillset Requirement:Minimum 12 years' experience in SAP Finance with a strong track record of architecture leadership roles.At least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations in a finance lead or architect position, including blueprint through go-live and stabilization.S/4HANA experience is essential, including involvement in finance transformation projects leveraging the latest SAP innovations.Proven expertise in defining finance operating models, designing global/local chart of accounts, and cost allocation methodologies.Strong understanding of finance processes and integration points across SAP modules.SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance or related modules.Background in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent) preferred.Experience in complex, multi-entity or global program environments.JD as below:Lead the design and implementation of SAP Finance solutions across a major S/4HANA transformation program.Partner with business leaders to define the future-state finance operating model, including chart of accounts and costing structures.Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient SAP finance solutions aligned with industry best practices.Drive end-to-end finance design across procurement, HCM, logistics and asset management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, change management, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive delivery.Support business process harmonization, simplification, and adoption of S/4HANA capabilities.Contribute to overall governance program and provide quality assurance on finance deliverables.Leverage tools such as SAP Signavio for process mapping and optimization (experience desirable).
