You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify trends, and implement solutions that enhance the financial and accounting processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document business requirements for finance and accounting projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project goals.
Utilize your accounting expertise to provide insights and recommendations for financial strategies.
Lead process improvement initiatives within finance operations.
Assist in the development and execution of project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Support Agile methodologies to drive project delivery and foster collaboration.
Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's or CPA preferred.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in finance, with a strong focus on banking environments.
Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Experience working within Agile frameworks and methodologies.
