About the Program : The Barminco Graduate Program provides you with industry-leading, safe practices training from some of the most skilled underground miners globally.
Graduates rotate through various underground roles, learning what it means to be part of a team and gaining experience needed to obtain your First Class Mine Manager's or Underground Supervisor's Certificate of Competency.
The program also includes an office-based role where you can optimize mine processes and develop your project engineering skills.
Upon completion, many diverse career paths will be available, including operational management, corporate roles, technical engineering, and innovation and technology.

Key Requirements : Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering.
A strong desire to expand practical underground knowledge.
Previous site experience in underground or open-pit mining.
Proficient in MS Office suite.
Ability to meet all site access requirements (including Medical, DAS, NPC, and a valid manual Driver's License).
The right to work permanently in Australia.
