A great temporary opportunity in Local Government, delivering high-quality accounts payable/receivable servicesStart your search here Keyword: Sector: Location: Casual rate $45.34ph + Super Immediate Start - November 27th Mc Arthur is seeking a Finance Officer, to deliver high-quality accounts payable and accounts receivable services with our Local Government client.
Depending on your capability, this may gradually progress to more complex tasks.
This is a great temporary opportunity until the end of November and is in a fantastic location walking distance from the Dock.
The position is immediately available, offers two days per week and has a casual rate of $45.34 per hour + Superannuation.
Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain Vendors in Navision/Eftsure including bank account details Reconcile Vendor accounts with Statements Upload invoices into Navision Payment run - EFTProcess open invoices and credits Code purchase invoices for the Finance Division Selection Criteria: A certificate in accounting, finance or related discipline.
Demonstrated ability and understanding to manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes.
Previous experience in the use of the NAVision finance system and proficient in the use of technology products generally.
Strong communication and engagement skills, both written and verbal.
Well-developed time management skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
