About The Opportunity We currently have an exciting and rare opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team based out of our Wacol branch by managing the delivery of field-based services across a region encompassing Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast & Coffs Harbour.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for: Structuring your team to deliver industry-leading service with a growth mindset.
Proactively driving safety initiatives to minimize incidents or injuries.
Planning & driving the training, growth & development of your team members.
Prompt management of under-performance.
Ensuring all reporting needs and administrative functions required by the company and the customer are completed promptly and regularly.
Supervising the accuracy and timeliness of timesheets and subcontract documentation to enable prompt job costing.
Identifying continuous improvements within your area of responsibility.
Assisting the Service Manager in creating & delivering monthly/annual forecasts & budgets.
Managing the Work in Progress (WIP) report efficiently.
Maximizing the recovery of the Field Service business.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through quality services & regular communication.
Qualifications To be successful, you will need: Prior experience in a supervisory, project management, or technical role, preferably with a related OEM.
Intermediate PC skills, ability to analyze technical data and reports.
Excellent communication skills.
A safety focus and adherence to site safety processes.
Strong adaptability to different teams, rosters, environments, and workloads.
Commitment to providing 100% customer satisfaction with internal and external stakeholders, branches & suppliers within the HCA family.
A background in service & knowledge of mobile plant is preferable.
