About Kids Brigade: Kids Brigade, a part of One Tree Defence Unit, is conveniently located just a short drive from Darwin, nestled in the picturesque suburb of Durack.

With space for up to 85 children across three distinct rooms, One Tree Defence Unit - Kids Brigade provides ample opportunities for you to advance your career.
Position requirements: Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Completion of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or an ACECQA approved equivalent.
As this is a Room Leader position, at least 2 years experience at Lead Educator or Diploma level will be required Current working with children check A passion for early childhood education, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills and a person-centered approach.
