The successful candidates must hold civil contracting or similar experience in the roads, land development, infrastructure, earthworks sectors.

Main Responsibilities : Develop, support, and maintain a safety culture within civil projects.
Coordinate with internal/site teams.
Liaise directly with government agencies (e.g., MRWA), mining operators, and other contractors and stakeholders.
Assist with the implementation of the HSE Management System on the projects, including maintaining relevant registers and databases.
Skills and Experience : Proven civil contracting experience in roads (MRWA), infrastructure, industrial, mining, SMP sectors.
Cert IV or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
Sound knowledge of WA HSE legislation, regulations, and codes of practice.
Ability to build working relationships with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure safety across projects.
Keen attention to detail, organized, and methodical approach to paperwork and duties.
