This role offers exposure to a wide range of blue-chip clients, innovative legal technology, and global strategic projects.
You will be responsible for: Delivering Digital's real estate legal work, including high-volume leasing matters across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors, as well as supporting due diligence and transactions.
Providing excellent service to our clients and building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple clients.
Collaborating with colleagues in different offices and different practice groups, as well as across our global network, to deliver high-quality work on complex and large-scale deals.
Taking on stretch opportunities to support the delivery of client services as well as personal and firm objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Lawyer in a property or leasing practice.
A current unrestricted practicing certificate.
Leasing experience to include drafting and negotiating leases and related documents.
Experience working in a high volume leasing practice will be highly regarded.
Solid technical legal skills, including drafting, negotiation and matter management skills.
A team focused approach and commitment to upholding our firm's values.
