We are now seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our vibrant and inclusive community for the following teaching opportunity: ENGLISH & HASS TEACHERFull Time – 1.0 FTE - Commencing Term 4, 2025 Graduate teachers or those eligible for a Limited Authority to Teach (LAT) are encouraged to apply for these teaching roles.
Mac Killop Catholic College has an innovative Graduate Teacher Program to support such applicants.
About You As a qualified Teacher, registered with the Teachers Registration Board of Tasmania, you will be able to exhibit a wide range of exemplary teaching practices, which include: Creating and maintaining supportive and safe learning environments Teaching excellence in the Australian Curriculum and using research based best pedagogical practices Working collaboratively in a team to plan and implement effective teaching and learning.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with all members of the school community.
Passionate and committed to high quality and innovative Catholic education.
An understanding of and ability to contribute to the mission and values of Mac Killop Catholic College as a Catholic school.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 20248.
