
Portfolio Assistant

The Portfolio Assistant provides administrative and client focussed support across the Portfolio to ensure that all College's core business functions are undertaken in line with approved College procedures.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in providing administrative support within a large team.
Knowledge of working within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Sector or Registered Training Organisation (RTO) would be an advantage.
To work for the College, you may be required to hold Australian or Australian equivalent qualification(s).
If your qualification has been obtained overseas, the Overseas Qualifications Unit (OQU) offers a free assessment service to have your tertiary or higher education qualification(s) recognised.

Other Conditions and Eligibility
Eligibility for employment is subject to obtaining a satisfactory Department of Education Criminal Clearance.
If this position involves contact with children, the recommended occupant will also be required to obtain a Working with Children (WWC) Card.
To be eligible for appointment applicants must have a working visa (for fixed term contract appointments) or permanent residency (for permanent appointments).
Over the next twelve months, candidates found suitable through this process may be offered appointment to similar & subsequent vacancies within the College, within other TAFE Colleges or across WA Government (subject to candidate permission being granted).
