Due to ongoing growth and project acquisitions, we are offering career opportunities for undergraduates/graduates to join our New South Wales team in the following disciplines: Engineering Project/Construction Management Surveying Safety Environmental Finance Communications Human Resources ABOUT YOUCurrently enrolled in or recently completed a university course in one of the above disciplines.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to apply academic knowledge to practical, real-world outcomes.

Specific field experience is preferred for engineering and construction/project management disciplines.
Your career begins in the field, working alongside our operations team: Start on construction sites to learn how civil projects are built before taking on management roles.
Assist the Foreman and Project Manager with planning, programming, compliance, and client communication.
Monitor performance of crews and subcontractors against schedules and budgets.
Report and address performance issues.
Track production costs regularly.
Procure plant, equipment, and materials.
Help develop and review Management Plans and Safe Work Method Statements.
