Note: Specific field experience is preferred for engineering and construction/project management disciplines.
Your career with Winslow begins in the field, working alongside our operations team.
Start on our construction sites, learning how we build civil projects before managing them.
Assist the Foreman and Project Manager with planning, programming, compliance, and client relations.
Monitor construction performance against schedules and budgets.
Report and address performance issues.
Manage production cost reporting weekly and monthly.
Procure plant, equipment, and materials.
Help develop and review Management Plans and Safe Work Method Statements.
