Regis is a purely Australian gold miner with significant open pit and underground operations, which includes the 100% owned Duketon Gold Project and a 30% ownership of the Tropicana Gold Project, both in Western Australia.
In FY25, Regis expects to produce between 350 thousand and 380 thousand ounces of gold and has a current market capitalisation of nearly A$3.6 billion.
The current mine site locations are in the WA Goldfields region with multiple mining operations (both open pit and underground) as well as a number of satellite pits.

Job Description The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a People Partner to join our team at the Duketon Gold Project.
Reporting to the People Manager and in partnership with operational leaders, this role focusses on the delivery of general HR advice and acting as a strategic business partner with stakeholders.
This is a site-based role – FIFO 8:6 roster.
About the Role The role is essential for fostering effective people management practices and ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
Act as a strategic business partner with stakeholders to understand and address their people management needs and acts as an advocate for their client group.
Provide best practice advice, coaching and support to leaders and employees for employee relations matters, psychosocial hazards and other related employee life cycle activities Undertakes Safe2 Say (anonymous reporting line) and grievance investigations and reporting Supports client group with cyclical activities and HR processes such as salary reward cycles.
Support site based change initiatives Provide support and ensure site employee relations practices are consistent with Regis Resources policies, strategic intent and legislative parameters.
Support the Learning & Development Superintendent, to develop the competencies of our people to ensure they have the skills and behaviours to safely achieve their role objectives Supports leaders on the ongoing development of their teams Support recruitment team and processes to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
Supports the wider People & Capability team with HR initiatives and projects Monitors and reports on HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Contributing to the design and delivery of training programmes that align with the organisation's strategic objectives and promote a culture of learning and development.
Desired Skills and Experience About You Minimum of +5 years' experience in a senior HR role (preferably in a mining or industrial environment) Effective communication skills and the ability to tailor communications to the relevant audience Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with key stakeholders Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act and related Employee Relations legislation Effective people management and negotiation skills Strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
Ability to work effectively in a FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) environment.
