Entry-level Graduate Reliability Engineer role at 29 Metals' Golden Grove Operation, offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear pathway to career progression in the mining sector.
Your Role Key responsibilities include: Conducting failure mode and root cause analyses to improve equipment reliability.
Performing predictive and preventative maintenance using vibration analysis, thermography, noise monitoring, and wear debris analysis.
Developing and refining maintenance procedures, checklists, and standard work instructions.
Assessing new equipment installations, updating asset registers, and optimising spare parts inventory.
Analysing plant downtime data and developing structured maintenance plans.
Collaborating with technicians, operations teams, and design engineers while staying current with industry best practices.
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth or Geraldton.
About You The ideal candidate is a recent graduate in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, passionate about problem-solving and continuous improvement, and thrives in collaborative environments.
Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, PRONTO, and spreadsheet-based systems.
Current C-class manual driver's licence.
Compensation & Benefits 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth or Geraldton, with approximately 1-hour travel time to site.
