About the role: This role supports the greenfield implementation, development, and ongoing enhancement of Origin's SAP Fieldglass ecosystem, which underpins critical Finance, Procurement, and Asset Maintenance processes.
As part of the implementation team, the role involves designing, developing, and testing solutions for operational issues and enhancements, facilitating Agile delivery practices, and ensuring quality assurance and governance across deployment.
Lead the development, support, and integration of Origin's SAP Fieldglass platform and related integrations with the SAP S/4 HANA ERP.
Design, develop, configure, and test solutions for solving operations issues, enhancements, and incident response challenges providing business and project support.
Review, refinement, and assessment of enhancement backlogs.
Proactive identification of business process improvements.
Undertake business process engineering and assist the business with development and improvement of procedures, maximising value from our SAP Fieldglass investment.
Work with the business and external vendors to direct and develop effective and efficient system solutions for business requirements, while maximising the benefits of Origin Energy's SAP systems.
Play a dynamic, engaged, and management role in AGILE/Scrum ceremonies and techniques.
Design and author SAP business requirements, functional design documents and business cases for proposed work as and when needed.
Engage with Solution Architect for best practice design (SAP Standard) and consult on options for business consideration.
About you You are passionate about SAP, with strong problem-solving skills and have a solid knowledge of best practices and global standards.5+ years as a Senior Functional Analyst or equivalent supporting SAP Fieldglass.
Certification in SAP Fieldglass.
Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Fieldglass and integration with SAP S/4 HANA.
Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into valuable information for management.
