About the Role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will support the delivery of data solutions that drive business performance.
You'll work closely with senior BI developers and business stakeholders to support both project-based initiatives and business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their BI career who is passionate about learning, growing, and contributing to a data-informed culture in a dynamic and vibrant industry.
We're looking for someone who is a strong communicator with a growth mindset, commercially astute, and confident in transforming complex datasets into simple, powerful insights that influence senior stakeholders and help shape EVT's strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities

Assist senior BI developers in the delivery of end-to-end data projects and reports using SQL and Power BI.
Provide BAU support for existing BI reports and data models.
Assist with ad hoc data requests and stakeholder support.
Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
Maintain documentation and develop solutions using reproducible and maintainable approaches.
Support report adoption by delivering user training and proactively identifying challenges and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data governance, data quality, and process improvements.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in analytics, working with customer and commercial data to generate actionable insights and measurable impact.
Experience developing advanced Power BI reports and SQL scripts.
Strong commercial acumen, business judgment and experience with commercial storytelling.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word)
