Position Summary:
  • Redirect incoming calls to relevant hotel departments.
  • Analyse and update traveller requests tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle hotel outlet reservations and traveller orders.
  • Coordinate traveller bookings, engaging with them to exceed expectations.
  • Build relationships with existing and new travellers to drive future bookings.
  • Liaise with other departments for exceptional traveller experiences.
  • Complete reservation administration tasks and provide general support.
About You:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
