As a Workforce Solutions Specialist, working in the Group Training Industry, you will mentor, support and coach our Apprentices and Trainees to successfully complete their trade.
As a 'people person', you will enjoy networking and building relationships with new and existing clients to maintain and grow your caseload.

As an ambassador for Zeal Futures (and the VET industry), you will promote Apprentice and Trainee solutions to existing and potential customers within your region.

You will also be responsible for:

• Executing strong caseload management by monitoring all placements, initiating corrective actions as appropriate and creating relevant records for our employees

• Conducting WHS Inspections and Incident Investigations supported by the internal HR & Safety team

• Working collaboratively with our host employers to ensure an outstanding employment experience for our Apprentices and Trainees

• Providing coaching, guidance, and support to your caseload of Apprentices and Trainees during their employment with us

• Building and maintaining strong links within your region's employment sector to identify suitable host employers

• Networking within your region to promote the Group Training concept and services of Zeal Futures.
This fast paced role involves lots of travel within your region as you service your caseload of clients across various industries.

You will also:

• Hold a formal qualification or equivalent professional experience

• Love being on the road and travelling within your region

• Be adept at meeting and managing customer expectations

• Build strong professional relationships quickly that stand the test of time

• Have previous experience in customer centric roles

• Be a highly motivated, driven individual who looks forward to a challenge

• Maintain a 'can-do' customer focused attitude with the ability to be a self-starter

• Have the ability to demonstrate solid interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)

• Be a flexible, results oriented professional with impeccable personal presentation
