We're currently seeking multiple skilled Service Now Developers to join our dynamic team.
If you're passionate about technology, problem-solving, and developing cutting-edge solutions, this is the opportunity for youKey Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions for various modules (SPM, ITSM etc.) to meet business requirements.
Customise and configure Service Now platform features including workflows, forms, and business rules to ensure high-quality, efficient solutions.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business processes.
Create and manage Service Now integrations using RESTful APIs, Integration Hub, and other integration tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the Service Now platform operates smoothly and efficiently.
Continuously improve and enhance existing Service Now configurations based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Requirements: Proven experience with Service Now development, including the configuration and customisation of Service Now modules.
Strong expertise in Service Now scripting Hands-on experience with Service Now development tools Familiarity with Service Now integrations, including working with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other web services.
Strong understanding of Service Now best practices and ITSM framework.
Experience in developing Service Now Service Portal widgets and UI elements.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex platform issues.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external cross-functional teams.
