Siemens is looking for a driven and forward-thinking Business Development Manager to champion our Low Voltage Electrical Products in major industrial and commercial projects.Whether you're based in Brisbane or Perth, this is your chance to be at the forefront of transformative solutions in sectors like Mining, Metals & Minerals, Water & Wastewater, Renewables, Commercial Buildings, and Data Centers.Key Responsibilities:
• Identify major projects early and engage key stakeholders
• Build relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors, and partners
• Secure project specifications and support pursuits across QLD or WA
• Work with distributors on pricing, stock, and support alignment
• Manage third-party switchboard manufacturer relationships
• Use CRM (Sie Sales) for forecasting and performance tracking
• Attend training and networking events to support market engagementWhat You'll Need:
• Experience in business development or major project pursuits
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems
• Ability to manage complex sales with multiple stakeholders
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
