Secretariat Officer, APS5, Executive Office (EA2025/134)Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Salary: APS5 $89,946 - $95,374 (plus 15.4% superannuation)This role is part of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
The ACCC values flexibility and supports agile work arrangements.
All roles can be performed from any capital city in a state or territory or Townsville and are available on a full-time, part-time or job-share basis.

Responsibilities Provide secretariat services for ACCC committees, including coordinating and scheduling, finalising agendas and minutes, and monitoring and updating action item registers.
Compile papers for submission to ACCC committees, ensuring papers comply with the organisation's style guide and timely distribution to committee members.
Support Commissioners and senior executives to ensure meetings are run effectively and decisions are recorded accurately.
Assist team members within the Executive Office with other tasks required to support the branch and organisation.
What you will bring Relevant work experience in a secretariat, governance or administration role.
Plan, organise and prioritise competing work tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail.
Communicate clearly in different mediums.
Engage and work collaboratively with others.
Apply sound judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
Use a range of office technologies and computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as records management systems and databases.
