About the role: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our head office team based in Alexandria.
You will be reporting to the National Shared Service Manager and will be responsible for managing a team of Accounts Payable officers located offshore.
As our Accounts Payable Manager, you will be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders whilst forging strong relationships as you oversee the processing of invoices, updating creditor records, paying outstanding invoices, producing creditor reports, and reconciling accounts.

Exposure to using ERP systems & spreadsheets - SAP highly regarded Intermediate to Advanced Excel (knowledge of pivot tables, vlookups etc.)High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers is essential Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service About Schindler: Schindler Lifts Australia is part of the Schindler Group, one of the top elevator companies in the world, spanning 100 countries with more than 64,000 employees worldwide.
