About the Role Join our Graduate Program as a Graduate Analyst in our Business Restructuring team, starting January 2026 As a Graduate in Business Restructuring, you will work alongside experienced restructuring and insolvency specialists on various projects across industries, including corporate and personal insolvency, class actions, and business restructuring advisory.
What you'll do: As a Business Restructuring Graduate at BDO, you can expect to: Identify, realize, and recover assets such as debtors, equipment, and real property.
Conduct forensic analysis of financial documents and bank statements to identify failures and trace company funds.
Report to creditors and statutory bodies on smaller matters.
Assist senior team members on larger, more complex cases.

Eligibility To be eligible for our Graduate Program, you must be: In your final year or have recently completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Commerce, Finance, or related fields.
Eligible for postgraduate study (CA/CPA, CFA).
Available to start in January 2026.
