It accommodates up to 65 children when at full capacity, with spacious rooms, a fantastic outdoor environment, and supportive staff.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to make this role your own.
About you You must demonstrate the ability to use your communication skills to persuade, engage, inspire, and motivate a team of passionate Educators to deliver optimal learning outcomes for families.
Our ideal candidate would have: Diploma qualification or higher Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience in a senior leadership role Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework Responsibility and dedication to providing a safe and positive environment for children and staff Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills A natural ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the community Experience in at least one A&R with favorable outcomes Strong organizational and time management skills Next Steps If this sounds like your next career move or if you're exploring your options, apply now, and we can discuss it further.
