Join to apply for the Finance Administrator role at Sharp People We are representing a well-established retailer with a strong e Commerce presence, who are seeking a capable Financial Administrator to join their team in Epping.
This role is ideal for someone with strong financial administration skills, particularly in Accounts Payable, and who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable, including processing invoices, reconciliations, and supplier payments.
Assist in preparing and lodging BAS/Activity Statements.
Support generation of P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow forecasts.
Assist with transitioning payroll to a managed payroll service.
General financial administration duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across reporting and compliance.
About You Strong experience in Accounts Payable and financial administration.
Exposure to Net Suite (or another ERP) will be a significant advantage.
Capable of preparing and analysing financial reports with attention to detail.
Organised, proactive, and able to balance deadlines with business needs.
No accounting degree required – equivalent experience will be highly valued.
