About the Role Join BDO as a Vacationer in our Consulting team in November 2025, January 2026, or February 2026.
As a Vacationer, you will gain firsthand experience in our Consulting team, providing professional client service in areas such as strategy, operations, and transformation.
You will explore client details and support their revenue growth and business process improvements.
You will be involved in various consulting projects across multiple industries, supporting data analysis, interpretation, presentation, and participating in client meetings.
About the Vacation Program This 4-week, full-time paid program offers: Support from a buddy and manager Networking and social activities The opportunity to collaborate with your cohort on an Innovation Challenge Development of technical and essential skills Benefits such as free breakfast, healthy snacks, and a casual dress code Insights into career paths at BDO and potential graduate offers Eligibility To qualify for our Vacation Program, you must be: Studying a degree in Business, Commerce, Law, Engineering, Science, or related fields In your penultimate or final year of undergraduate or postgraduate studies Available to start in November 2025, January 2026, or February 2026 How to Apply Choose your preferred program and location, then click 'Apply' to create a Workday account, complete the online application, select your team preferences, and upload your resume and transcript.
