Engineering Vacation Program

CitiPower, Powercor and United Energy seek penultimate year Electrical and Mechatronic Engineering students for a 12-week paid vacation program focused on real-life energy transition projects.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Participate in a 12-week paid Summer Vacation Program across multiple locations including CBD, Glen Waverley, Bendigo, Ballarat, or Geelong offices
- Work on technical projects supporting the energy transition such as Solar Enablement, Demand Flexibility, Substation testing, and Distribution Design
- Collaborate with teams of highly skilled professionals to solve problems and deliver outcomes
- Gain firsthand experience applying engineering theories to real-life projects
- Contribute to innovative technologies and solutions in electricity distribution networks
What you'll need:
- Right to work in Australia
- Currently enrolled in penultimate year of a Bachelor of Engineering or double degree with expected graduation in 2026
- Studying Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering (or combined with other disciplines)
- Available for 12 weeks of full-time work between November 2025 and February 2026
- 12-week paid vacation program
