You'll take ownership of the recruitment function, working with clients and candidates to match top talent with exciting opportunities.You'll lead recruitment campaigns end-to-end, with senior support for executive placements, while maximising talent attraction strategies and managing the candidate pipeline to ensure an outstanding experience for everyone involved.We are looking for the right fit so we would consider a broad span from a Recruitment Coordinator level who we can train and grow or a more experienced Specialist.
The fundamentals are a high service focus, fast mover, hunger to continually learn and grow and an all-in team player mentality.Key Responsibilities Lead our Recruitment end to end processes Leverage and utilise our candidate tracking system Job Adder to its full potential Be excellent at building and nurturing strong relationships with candidates Partner with clients to build positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment journey Continuously improve Bespoke HR's templates and processes to ensure best-practice recruitment approaches Contribute to cross-functional and wider P&C company projects and initiatives To be successful in this role you will have: 2-5 years' experience in a recruitment/talent acquisition role.
