About the opportunity : Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract Based in North Sydney with a hybrid work model We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our high-performing team.
This role offers the chance to work on diverse datasets, uncover meaningful insights, and contribute directly to strategic business decisions.
You'll collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, Product, and Sales teams to support data-driven initiatives across the business.
From trend analysis and segmentation to marketing analytics and visual storytelling, you'll help translate complex data into actionable outcomes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a team player who enjoys solving problems, communicating insights clearly to stakeholders, and contributing to innovative, scalable data solutions using market-leading behavioural datasets.
Key responsibilities and experience :1–2 years' experience in a similar analyst role preferred Collate and analyse data from multiple sources to uncover actionable insights for stakeholders Build and deliver clear, engaging data visualisations and reports to support business decisions Analyse trends, customer segmentation, and marketing performance to inform strategy Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product, and Sales teams to develop scalable data products and applications Confidently interpret large datasets and communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders Continuously improve analytic workflows, reporting processes, and methodologies Apply strong commercial thinking to deliver data that drives business impact Demonstrate curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and improvement Experience in advertising, media, or Out of Home (OOH) sectors is highly desirable Technical Skills : Python – intermediate SQL – intermediate to advanced Power BI (or similar BI tools) – intermediate Databricks – desirable AWS – desirable Our benefits and perks : Competitive salary package A positive, supportive workplace culture Professional growth and development opportunities Comprehensive, paid training and ongoing support If you're curious, ready for a unique challenge, and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from youAt o Oh, we celebrate diversity and strive for an inclusive environment.
