You'll play a key role in: Driving scheduled cycle counts to identify and prevent out-of-stock SKUs.
Using data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage.
Monitoring and investigating negative stock levels and following up with the team.
Implementing continuous improvement through coaching and collaboration with management, supply chain, and planning teams.
Managing stock distribution and organization, including training the team on policies and procedures.
Processing stock arrivals, managing returns, and liaising with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.
This role is suited for a motivated individual who is proactive, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and values operational efficiency.
Reporting Line: Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and District Inventory Operations Lead We want to hear from you if: You are willing to work a 38-hour rotating roster.
You have retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, people management, P&L management, and sales forecasting.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Share Point, and SAP (desirable).
You are physically fit to lift boxes up to 15kg.
You have a results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
You are passionate about client service and maintaining stock levels to represent the Sephora brand.
