This role blends strategic delivery oversight, strong client engagement, and hands-on project leadership to ensure we deliver measurable impact for our financial services clients.
You'll lead end-to-end engagements, strengthen trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, build and develop high-performing consulting teams, and help drive innovation across the practice.
With a focus on business outcomes, you'll help our clients navigate complex transformation using AI and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain trusted relationships with business and technology executives across financial services clients.
Oversee delivery of complex consulting and technology projects, ensuring quality, timeliness and alignment to client goals.
Act as the primary delivery lead for key accounts, driving value and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Foster a client-centric culture and collaborate with internal leaders to deliver high-impact, AI-driven solutions.
Lead, coach, and inspire cross-functional consulting teams to deliver excellence and grow capability.
Support practice growth by contributing to continuous improvement, delivery frameworks, and scalable ways of working.
About You With 10+ years in consulting and delivery leadership, you bring deep experience working with tier 1 financial services clients and driving outcomes across AI and technology initiatives.
You also bring: A proven track record managing large-scale delivery and multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting environment Strong understanding of Banking and how to align technology strategy to business priorities Confident, executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills Specialist expertise in Financial Services and AI, focusing on Digital Transformation, Program Delivery across business and technology and commercial accountability.
