Your Role Key responsibilities include: Participate in a 12-month full-time graduate program with three tailored rotations across various business areas such as library and research services, communications and media, IT and cyber security, security and emergency management, Hansard and broadcasting, building and capital works projects, corporate and HR services, financial services, art collections and design integrity, and catering and events, retail and visitor services.
Develop professional confidence and capability in a collaborative, inclusive, and purpose-driven team.
Contribute to the smooth operation of Parliament House and services supporting elected representatives, building occupants, and visitors.
Engage in regular coaching sessions with Senior Executive Service members and participate in networking events.
Receive ongoing support from the Entry Level Programs team and a dedicated graduate buddy.
About You What you'll need: Completion or expected completion by January 2026 of an undergraduate degree or higher in any discipline.
Motivated, innovative, collaborative, and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with respect, integrity, and ethical behaviour.
Ability to provide high-quality customer service and adapt to changing priorities.
Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance.
Availability to commence work by February 2026.
Compensation & Benefits Salary at Parliamentary Service Level 3 (PSL3): AUD78,258 per annum plus 15.4% superannuation (total approx.
AUD90,310).
Advancement to PSL4 with salary range AUD83,415 - AUD90,639 per annum (excl.
superannuation) upon successful program completion.
Relocation assistance up to AUD5,000 for interstate graduates.

Career Progression Start at PSL3 classification with progression to PSL4 upon program completion.
High-performing graduates may be considered for advancement to PSL5 through a merit process.
