About the Role We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us at the Illawarra Mercury as a news journalist based in Wollongong.
The Illawarra Mercury delivers the latest news and sport coverage for the Illawarra region, plus commentary, analysis and important community information.
As part of the news team, you will help drive digital engagement and audience growth through journalism that sets the local news agenda and attracts and retains digital subscribers.
This is a hands-on reporting role that blends breaking news with data-driven storytelling and feature writing.
