About The Role Reporting to the Group Business Director, the Senior Strategy Manager leads strategic performance marketing efforts for mid- to heavyweight clients.
Acting as a secondary client contact for the portfolio, they proficiently develop and communicate integrated multi-channel strategies and guide the growth of their team in alignment with organisational objectives.
Ultimately, you're responsible for the retention and growth of your clients by creating a seamless experience as you champion their vision and share your digital knowledge and performance strategies.
The ideal candidate will have; 4-5 years hands-on digital marketing agency experience, with at least 3 working with enterprise accounts.
The ability to autonomously manage client expectations, timelines, strategies, budgets, pacing and opportunity scoping.
A passion and drive to lead, grow and nurture a dedicated team of Digital Marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities Strategy Development: Develop high-level strategies for large-scale and complex performance marketing campaigns.
Advanced Optimisation: Oversee advanced optimization and analysis efforts to drive superior campaign results.
Team Leadership: Mentor and support 1-2 managers/ specialists, ensuring their development and performance.
Client Strategy: Understand the clients long-term goals and develop best in class strategies that align with their business objectives.
Reporting and Insights: Deliver in-depth performance reports and insights to clients and senior management.
Lead and maintain regular communication with clients to build strong rapport.
Take detailed briefs and reverse briefs where required.
Stay on top of client challenges, objectives and goals, and share their vision for success.
Lead and own strategic presentations, sharing the role of channels within the media mix.
Ensure that all clients participate and score high on client feedback.
Establish an agenda and outcome for every client meeting.
Maintain efficiency and profitability via accurate scoping.
Complete and accurate CRM, activity and MRR forecast accuracy.
Manage budgets and maintain proper scoping, quoting and invoicing.
Contribute to business development, including research, proposals and attending pitch presentations.
Ensure all client presentations and reporting has been thoroughly reviewed for quality assurance before sharing with the client.
Be responsible for identifying any underperforming clients who are ultimately a flight risk for the business.
Ensure all campaign tracking has been tested and checked prior to launch.
