Sales Consultant

Your responsibilities will be to use your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients within your sales territory, as well as maintaining an existing portfolio.
You will be responsible for covering Geelong territory from Warnambool up to Williamstown.You will be welcomed into a friendly and competitive team who are highly motivated and focused on achieving goals and results.
You will be given full product training, with hands-on assistance from the Sales Manager and the Sales Team.We will provide you with a competitive base salary, highly rewarding uncapped commission structure with an OTE of $140k +, company vehicle, mobile phone, tablet and ongoing coaching and development.Responsibilities:Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold callingDeveloping and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targetsBuilding strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipelineIdentifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful salesMinimum Requirements:Proven track record in B2 B SalesHighly successful at converting clients with the ability to adhere to KPI's to ensure successDriven by data and building a network of relationshipsExcellence in cold-call & plan to sales territoryGood understanding of Business clients in MelbourneAutonomous and thrive on challengesSkills:Excellent sales, solutions & negotiation skillsAbility to reach & exceed sales targetsVersatility to build rapport with people at all levelsCommercially focused acumenWhat's in it for you:Established brand and security in a needed industryRecognition and appreciationWork life balanceFamily cultureOngoing coaching and developmentCareer progression opportunitiesAbout Us:Rentokil Initial is an international business services company employing over 65,000 colleagues across more than 95 countries.
