The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12 months proven sales experience, hold an Agent's Representative Certificate, and demonstrate strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a perseverance to achieve set goals. Additionally, they should have well-developed verbal and written communication skills, including professional correspondence and reports, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to meet sales targets within agreed deadlines.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop effective working relationships and maintain immaculate presentation standards. Computer literacy and keyboard skills of a high standard, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and experience in real estate programs, are also essential requirements.
