About the Role

As a part of our team, you'll be providing compassionate community aged care services across the Sydney Metro areas, ensuring our clients experience the highest level of care and support.
In this role, you will:
Manage day-to-day client activities, focusing on positive outcomes for both clients and their families
Provide client-driven, evidence-based assessments in Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACF) and home care, with an emphasis on helping clients achieve their personal goals
Offer short-term restorative treatment services as needed
Conduct Functional Capacity, mobility, pain, and post-falls assessments
Deliver high-quality, timely, and accurate reports
Design and implement tailored exercise programs to improve client outcomes
Collaborate with RACF and lifestyle staff to ensure the best possible results for clients
Essential Requirements:
An approved degree in Physiotherapy and full AHPRA registration
An ABN is required for this role
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to connect and build rapport with residents, families, and staff
A passion for empowering individuals to maximize their independence and potential
A willingness to complete a criminal record and working with children check (or state equivalent)
A current, unrestricted driver's license with access to your own vehicle
Experience working within a RACF, particularly with functional assessments and DEMMI, is highly desirable
