If you have a flair for storytelling and a keen eye for design, we'd love to hear from youYou would be responsible for: Filming and editing engaging short-form video content for social media platforms.
Designing eye-catching digital and printed materials using Canva.
Working alongside the early careers team to grow brand awareness.
Creating and managing a social media content calendar, scheduling 2-3 Graduate recruitment related posts per week.
Developing content strategies that appeal to a Graduate audience in the allied health sector.
Monitoring social media trends and adjust content to maximise reach and engagement.
Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing messages across channels.
Managing branding event registration and collateral.
What you will bring: Strong skills in Canva and video editing tools.
Confidence in filming and being behind the camera to capture dynamic, real- time content.
Proven experience creating content that resonates with Gen Z or graduate level audiences.
Understanding of social media analytics and how to optimise content performance.
The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.
