You'll lead the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality Android applications — setting coding standards, guiding architectural decisions, and working closely with Product, Design, QA, and offshore teams to build mobile products that delight our customers.
Salary: Competitive salary plus super PLUS annual bonus incentive So, what's the job?You'll lead the end‑to‑end design and delivery of high‑quality Android applications You'll make architectural and technology decisions aligned with best practices (MVVM, Jetpack, Kotlin Coroutines)You'll establish and enforce Android coding standards, code quality practices, and CI/CD integration You'll c ollaborate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure consistent code quality and development velocity.
You'll o wn the technical roadmap and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and release strategies.
You'll guide release management and app submission to the Play Store, ensuring a smooth deployment process And what are we looking for?You'll have 6+ years' experience in Android development, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or lead role You'll be an expert in Kotlin and the Android SDK, with strong knowledge of Android Architecture Components, Jetpack, MVVM, and Dependency Injection (Hilt/Dagger)You'll be proficient integrating RESTful APIs, Graph QL, and working with authentication frameworks (OAuth, JWT)You'll have experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git Hub Actions) and mobile testing frameworks You'll have strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable architecture You'll have experience mentoring engineers and working with offshore or remote teams You'll have published apps on the Play Store and have a solid understanding of mobile app performance, monitoring, and analytics So, why choose us?We value optimism, caring, togetherness, reliability and determination.
