ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our Cotton On USA Team as a Visual Merchandising Specialist on a fixed-term 6-month contract.
You will collaborate closely with our Buying and VM teams to develop directives for all Cotton On brands.
We want someone with initiative and problem-solving skills to create compelling visual stories with products and identify opportunities through VM to maximize sales.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCEExperience in a similar Support Centre VM or Space Planner role Strong problem-solving skills to assess options and implement creative, innovative solutions within VMProficiency with In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills Effective communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders OUR CULTURETo describe Cotton On in six words: optimistic, passionate, real, energetic, collaborative, and ethical.
