Lead Educator Sparrow Early Learning Ashgrove Full-time position We are looking for an exceptionally experienced, warm, nurturing, and encouraging Superstars who: Have a true passion for high-quality Early Childhood Education & Care Are inspired by the opportunity to help young minds take flight Have an inclusive leadership style and will mentor and develop our team members As our Lead Educator , you are an essential part of our team You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and lead your assistant educators to deliver play-based educational programs and practices that support the development of young minds.
You will provide a safe, creative, responsive, and nurturing environment that engages our children and encourages them to investigate, explore, and extend their current skills.
Sparrow Early Learning Ashgrove is our brand-new, state-of-the-art service It features 6 studios, 89 licensed places, a separate programming room, staff retreat area, and stunning outdoor playscapes with views over Brisbane CBD and beyond.
This location is ideal for our team and families, offering access to a gym, Pilates, medical services, great food options within walking distance, and public transport right at the door.
